Every gown and accessory is meticulously crafted on a made to order basis in the Adelaide studio.
Gowns
You will be provided with a current estimated lead time upon submitting your product enquiry.
Accessories & Veils
Handcrafted with the same devotion to detail, veils and accessories are made-to-order and typically ship within 2 to 4 weeks.
Delivery
Shipping is available both domestically within Australia and worldwide. Local clients are also welcome to pick up their order from the Adelaide studio directly.
For gown shipments, including customised and fully bespoke creations, signature upon delivery is required and optional shipping insurance is available and can be tailored directly into your quote for complete peace of mind.
Australia & New Zealand
Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all accessory orders. Express upgrades are available at checkout.
International Delivery
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Please note: For international orders outside of Australia, duties and import taxes are determined by your local customs authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient (with the exception of clients in the USA, where duties are calculated at checkout).
Returns & Exchanges
Standard Collection Pieces
For standard sized accessories or garments, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery by contacting the studio at hello@miarana.com. Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unaltered condition, with all original packaging intact.
Sample sale items and gift cards remain final sale.
Custom Items & Hair Accessories
Due to their personalised nature, fully bespoke designs as well as customised and made-to-measure garments and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. However, If you are not completely in love with your custom piece, please contact the studio so we can work together to ensure your garment fits and feels exactly as intended.
Due to their delicate, hygiene-sensitive nature, we are unable to accept returns on veils and hair accessories.
