Shipping & Returns
Production
All garments are made to order, meaning your garment is cut and sewn just for you after you place your order. The production lead time is currently 1-3 weeks.
Shipping
Shipping is available both domestically within Australia and internationally.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email containing your tracking number. All orders are shipped with Australia Post.
Australia:
Standard (2 to 8 Business Days): $10 AUD or FREE over $150 AUD
Express (1 to 4 Business Days): $15 AUD
New Zealand:
Standard (4 to 7 Business Days): $15 AUD or FREE over $200 AUD
Express (2 to 5 Business Days): $35 AUD
Asia Pacific, Major Europe, UK & Ireland, USA & Canada:
Standard (4 to 14 Business Days): $30 AUD or FREE over $350 AUD
Express (3 to 10 Business Days): $50 AUD
Rest of World:
Standard (6 to 25 business days): $40 AUD
Express: (4 to 18 business days): $60 AUD
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping times do not include production time.
For customers outside of Australia, please note that duties and import taxes may apply and are set by the customs authorities in your country. This is not included in the order total (Except for customers in the USA) and is the responsibility of the customer. In the event that these duties are left unpaid, your parcel will be returned back to us and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total. Customers in the USA will have duties added to the order total at checkout.
We cannot take responsibility for stolen or damaged parcels after they have been delivered to your nominated address. It is recommended that you have your order shipped to an address you or a trusted person will be present at.
Returns & Exchanges
If you have purchased a standard size, you may request a return or exchange by contacting hello@miarana.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You'll need your proof of purchase, and all items must be in original, unwashed, unworn condition with all tags attached and in original packaging. Items that do not meet this criteria cannot be accepted. You will be issued a return label via email and be reimbursed via the original payment method when your return is received and accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of faulty items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or hair accessories.
Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged, however please get in contact if you are not completely satisfied so we can work together to ensure that you love your custom piece.
